This Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy ("Policy") applies to the cuecraftlab.com website and the services offered by Cue Craft Lab ("we", "us", "our"). We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of our services to do the same. This Policy outlines the procedure for submitting a notice of alleged copyright infringement and our response to such notices.
1. Notification of Alleged Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available through our service infringes one or more of your copyrights, please notify us by submitting a written notice ("DMCA Notice") that includes all of the following information:

| Contact information | Your address, telephone number, and email address |
| Good faith statement | A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law |
| Accuracy statement | A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner |

We recommend submitting your notice by email to ensure timely receipt. Notices submitted without all required elements may not be acted upon.
3. Our Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, we will act promptly and in good faith. Our response process includes the following steps:
3.1 Initial Review
We will review the submitted notice to verify that it contains all required elements. Incomplete notices will be returned to the sender with a request to provide the missing information.
3.2 Removal or Restriction of Access
If the notice is complete and we determine that it is valid, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material in a reasonably timely manner.
3.3 Notification to the User
Where reasonably practicable, we will notify the user who uploaded or posted the content that the material has been removed or access to it has been disabled, and that a DMCA Notice has been received.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification ("Counter-Notice") to our designated copyright agent.
4.1 Required Elements of a Counter-Notice
A valid Counter-Notice must include:
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Physical or electronic signature | Your signature |
| Identification of removed material | A description of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal |
| Good faith statement | A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification |
| Consent to jurisdiction | A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA Notice |
| Contact information | Your name, address, telephone number, and email address |
4.2 Processing of Counter-Notices
Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, we will forward a copy to the original complainant and inform them that we may restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a legal action to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with applicable law, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, what constitutes a repeat infringer. We may also limit access to our service or terminate accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
6. Misrepresentation
Please be aware that submitting a DMCA Notice or Counter-Notice with materially false statements may expose you to legal liability, including liability for damages, court costs, and legal fees. If you are unsure whether material infringes your copyright, we recommend consulting a qualified legal professional before submitting a notice.
7. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Policy on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
