6.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Where a price change affects an active subscription, we will provide reasonable advance notice before the new price takes effect.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy before using the Service.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party site. Accessing third-party resources is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
9. Disclaimers
9.1 No Warranty
The Service and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9.2 Educational Purpose
Content provided through the Service is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Content constitutes professional advice of any kind. You should seek qualified professional guidance before acting on any information obtained through the Service.
9.3 Accuracy
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and currency of Content, we make no representations or warranties regarding its completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or a nominal fixed sum if no payment has been made.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Termination and Suspension
12.1 By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
12.2 By You
You may discontinue use of the Service at any time. To close your account, contact us at help@cuecraftlab.com. Termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid unless otherwise required under our Refund Policy.
12.3 Survival
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination - including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification - shall continue to apply after termination.
13. Modifications to the Service and Terms
13.1 Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without liability to you. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes where practicable.

These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a manner consistent with fairness and good faith. In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at help@cuecraftlab.com.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction applicable to the User's location, depending on applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief where necessary to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in the future.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
15.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, governmental action, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
